This has been a wonderful home to just kick-back in. I enjoy
cooking and entertaining casually. I quickly found that all
of the neighbors enjoy the same. Consequently we have had many
wonderful evenings with great food and friendship here.
This home is perfect for me as I have 4 grand children when they have
all been there with their parents there was plenty of room for all.
The best part of their visit was that the children had their own space
to play, watch movies on our wall and make messes without me worrying
about cleaning up until after they left.
Our friends and relatives have also enjoyed this home. we had
the ATVs there and everyone has enjoyed riding the many trails that
adjoin our community. although we do not play golf, our out of
town guests really enjoyed the golf and all of the restaurants,
shopping and entertainment that Beaver Creek and Vail had to offer.
My
husband is a hunter and he was most excited about all of the elk and
deer that inhabit our property. He can walk to B.L.M land and hunt Elk
with an over the counter permit. The elk that is over the front
door is one that he got while hunting with one of the neighbors on the
forest that adjoins our community. John and I own 5 homes and have
decided that we just don't have enough time to enjoy all 5 of them.
We own a 600 acre ranch in Jefferson that we are currently developing.
We also have it on the market and if it sells first we will then keep
our Cinnamon Bear Mountain property. |
